They did a good job, but this time I made one of the first appointments of the day because last time I've been there I had to wait so long and they never got to my car but this time they did get to my car, but I still had to wait. But that being said I just know going there that that's gonna be a thing.

My visit was Great! Martin my service tech was Awesome. I have been having a issue with my back gate. I knew I was not going crazy. I have taken my vehicle back to 2 different dealerships. I kept telling them that it's not working but it works when I take it in. Only to find out the motor had to be replaced.

SO I PAID FOR AN EXTRA COVERAGE FOR MY CAR A FEW WEEKS AGO A MESSAGE APPEARED ON MY DASH BOARD REGARDING TIRE AIR PRESSURE I TOOK MY CAR IN THINKING I HAVE PAID FOR SERVICE IN ADVANCE BUT IT COMES OUT THAT THIS ISSUE IS NOT COVER BY THE EXTRA COVERAGE AM PAYING FOR THAT I HAVE TO TAKE IT TO A CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP,THATS REALLY INSANE.

They're prompt. On time, communication is good. There for an oil change but extras are always pushed. Turns out, I need tires. That was fine. But then other things are found & what are you gonna do? Belts. Filters. Engine Additives. You're there. It's how the service department operates.

Fixed airbag recall. Very nice staff. But way overpriced for estimate of what car "needed". Refused their recommended fixes totaling $4700 and took it to my regular mechanic. VWs $1950 vacuum pump fix alone was remedied with a $190 replacement kit. I replaced the whole front axles and ball joints for what VW was going to charge for just the bushings. I know dealers will always be more but this was way over the top.

Worst Service experience at this Dealer. This is my third time having to use them. They are rude, never reply back, weeks late on any estimate day they tell you. I also caught them on a fraudulent scene to get out of cover a repair, which I have on camera and will be suing. Never going here again.

honestly they do a fair job, but only go if your lease covers the cost of service. Otherwise they overcharge you by loads and give you some BS answer as to why it costs so much more.
