the only complaint I have is that I am never told about my service. Since I have had my air bag checked due to recall two times, I thought I was done but no one told me about this. Now I have gotten another notice telling me to have air bag checked. You also told me I hadn't pd up on my annual registration which is definitely false infor. You should keep your updates accurate.

Car service was good...Just the tech left oily hand prints, one on the left fender and one near the driver's door handle...Being a all black car it was noticable..When brought to the attention of the service writer he got a rag and wiped it off...Six months ago same thing happened..Techs needs to slow down and treat each car as it was his or hers and not leave oily hand prints on customers cars...

They sent a 19 y/o kid to help us who didn't know anything and was not ready to be on his own. We were serous buyers and it made the entire experience take double the time because other workers had to come in and fix his mistakes. Toyota should train salespeople and allow them on their own once they are trained. Buying a car is a huge expense and not for amateurs.

I was just having an oil change but decided to change the coolant on the electric motor and the gas engine. Turns out there was a leak in the water pump which was still under warranty, so they replaced it AND that made the coolant change FREE... had to be done anyway with the water pump! I'm not sure just any mechanic would have checked the warranty and all of this would have cost me a lot of money!

Not good. Took an hour longer than was told when I said I would wait. They said my tires were great, ( an 8 ) when at my last 5000 mile check, I was told I needed 2 tires and that they were at a 3. Also, last time I was told I needed new wipers, this time I was told they were fine. I had replaced either since last visit.

Told me I didn't have a warranty, even though they saw I was covered for 1000,000 miles. Failed to tell me that I had one but they were unsure of the company used. Charged me $3300 dollars. After I found out I had a warranty after many phone calls. They refused to refund me and made me go through the warranty company, it has been 2 months and I still have not been refunded.

I had to bring it back twice for issues related to the service, and was without my vehicle a total of 4 days. Lyft rides to/from x 3 were great. Repair cost turned out to be 1/3 the sales value of the car. Communication lacking on a few occasions, as promised otherwise. Other than that, it was.. well average.

The customer service experience is unfriendly and non informative. Everytime I've had to bring in my vehicle they act like it's a burden to inspect or fix something that is wrong with it. Seriously thinking of taking my car to a different dealership unless something improves. Makes me regret purchasing a vehicle from there.
