Excellent service appointment again. Even with over 120,000 miles my 2013 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T is running strong. Service was routine and included a TSB for ABS fuse replacement, covered under warranty. New location for Van Hyundai on I-35 E is quite something. Modern looking and of course, very clean. They definitely needed a new building and location as the old building about a mile south was in sad shape.

Dealership was to reinstall Lojack and set it up for me. Did not get completed. Did not get finished the dealership drug its feet on getting information to Lojack so it took another week plus to finally set up with conversations through Lojack not the dealership.

This was the first shop where they sent me a small film of the undercarriage of my car while they did a walk through, zooming in on all four tires, etc. It was fascinating. They did a great job addressing all of my concerns, too. Excellent customer service. This place was a little farther out than I'm used to going for car care but I will definitely be back!

Repair was completed satisfactorily but took longer than promised. I had an 8:00am appointment for Thursday and they had the part in hand and the car was dropped off the day before for an early start. However , they texted me the afternoon it was supposed to be completed and told me it wasn't going to be ready until the following afternoon. It was a straightforward replacement of a starter.

Be prepared to wait for 5-6 hours and still walk away with out a key in hand only to have to come back and wait another 1-2 hours to pick up your new car. Also, pay attention to the prices online. They go up every time you open the page unless you're using a private browser which is soooo shady!
