Service is always done in a reasonable time frame. Additional services are always recommended but there is no pressure. I just wish they would consider a loaner program for those of us who live outside the area. That would allow us to accept the additional services without having to sit at the dealership for hours.

Unable to complete diagnostics. Was made to make a repeat appointment to finish, a month later. That's on the 24th of this month. Then .. order parts after acceptance of external warranty com. Too long a process. Techs are great , just need more of them.

The car service was on time and the car appears to be in good condition. My only concern is the fact that, after I start the car, a strange noice is heard from the right side of the engine- - until the engine warms up. Once it's warmed up, the noise disappears.

However, I had to wait 3 hours.

Picked up vehicle later in the day (shortly after closing for service) sales helped locate my keys, but it was quite an ordeal. Suggest organizing an after hours pick up program that working staff can utilize and follow. Other than that, very pleased with service.
