The dealership was excellent with following up with my email to them about the car I was interested in. However, it was a 15 hrs drive to their dealership from where I live. So I decided to forgo that idea. I knew that they would deliver the car but if I decided against it after examination I (of course) would be charged to send it back. But they even text me twice to see how I was making out finding what I wanted.
