I had a decent experience with them, I have no problems with doing business with them again. I gave them 3 stars as the experience I had there was about the same experience I got at any other dealer I've been to. So not above average but not below it either. Still no reason not to shop here, if you can get a good price and independently verify the condition of the car. then go for it. I don't regret buying from them.
one thing to warn you about though is they will talk up a big game about how much they have inspected everything the car before hand and how if they had missed something after the sale they'd take care of it. Well a few days after I got it found it wouldn't start. found out that this car still uses a regular car battery to start with before it switches to the main hybrid battery. and it was that starter one that was totally dead. not just ran out of charge, but it couldn't be charged anymore. at first they where going to make me pay for it because I had already bought the car as is, this promise they had made pre-sale went out the window. But I had the foresight to make them write down that promise on the paperwork as a condition of sale, as had this happen to me before. So I was able to convince them to replace the battery for free using that. Haven't had any other problems with the car. But as long as you can verify the condition of the car with a independent mechanic first. Then your not going to get a bad deal here. Like I said I would do business with them again.
