I've had nothing but problems with this vehicle I just purchased. This repair was another issue that popped up and caused another inconvenience that should have been fixed before sale and could be easily identified. I will not be working with this dealership again. The whole process from start till now has been disappointing to say the least.

The service department was very unhelpful; they tried to deny that their technician had pulled the wires related to my hood sensor. Instead, they attempted to blame me for the issue. It was clearly the last technician who worked on my vehicle who caused the problem, not me. I suggested that maybe a raccoon had crept under my car and damaged the wires. Additionally, the service supervisor was rude during our interaction.

This Ford dealership is very close to my home. The service department staff were very helpful & friendly, as well as the parts department staff. They performed a used car check which consisted of an extensive list of checks. They also mounted 4 new tires, balanced them & did the necessary alignments. They kept me apprised of their progress & informed me as soon as my car was ready for pickup. I'm very satisfied with Upper Marlboro Ford.
