I was trying to buy a 6 yr newer model of my same suv. My trade is in better shape than the lot vehicles. Very carful pic posting than what is seen in person which was rusted or parking lot damaged clapped out rides, priced beyond honest kbb worth. Better name would be fair conditioned auto group.

There are a lot of young people who show cars. The vehicles have to have batteries jumped for you to test drive. There is no room to park in this facility. If you find a spot you might have to move for vehicles to be test drove. They do not budge on the prices. At least not on the vehicle we were interested in. Still debating.

They are the absolute worst. They will provide you with misinformation, go back on their commitments, and will add hidden charges to the purchase. Will definitely not recommended. It's worth paying slightly extra for a car at another dealership than to do business with them. Absolutely unethical business ownership.

We went to Performance Kings Honda. Told the staff what we were looking for and gave them our price range. We were shown three cars. When we swlected on we were given a price which was 1200.00 over our budget. We asked if there were any other possibilities and were shown a Toyota Camry online. It was scheduled to arrive on Tuesday and we scheduled a time of 11:00 on Wednesday. When we arrived we were given a different salesman. Told we had to wait or 1 hour while they finished going over the car. we waited 2 hours then drove the car. The brakes were not working properly and they said they would take care of it . We were then given a price 1500.00 over our budget. If they had been honest and told us that when we called or when we arrived we would not have wasted 4 hours waiting only to be told they couldn't help us. VERY DISSAPPOINTED. Would NOT recommend.

Months ago, I test drove a car with warped brake discs and a slipping transmission. They talked me into testing another two cars, one with what sounded like worn bearings and the other with no a/c. I just looked at a listing for a Carrola with 42,000 miles. However the Carfax listed maintenance with it having 93,000. I called the dealer that specifically told me it was for a recall and they confirmed that it had 93,000 miles.
