Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They lack integrity in the worst way and have little regard for customer service. I had a car inspected, and being from out of state had to set a trip to go and purchase / pick up the car. Without my knowledge or any warning whatsoever, they sold the car from underneath me. Salesman new his job well. Try to get a deal, but the manager wanted to give me an unrealistic amount for my trade in. Even after I show him retail prices and carmax cash value. Would not recommend them. Customer be wear.

We deal with Carmax everyday and sell on average 20-30 cars a month to them. Matching their offer would be no problem. Dealer bought a car I was buying from another dealer before I was able to close the deal and they marked it up $4,000. I offered an additional $2,000 over the other dealers asking price. They said no. Found the exact same car the next day online for $1,000 less than what the salesman quoted me, I responded I wanted to buy the car for the asking price. Next Morning I got an email the car was sold. I'm assuming they had a buyer all along and was trying to squeeze me for more money. Perfect example why I hate buying a used car. It's the bottom line and there's no loyalty to the customer.

We bought that car from the selling dealer for the online price plus manheim buy fee. And when you add the shipping cost and marketing cost to it, our actual cost was much higher than your offer. Unfortunely that offer was not feasable and a local customer did walk in and buy the car that same evening, before we could work out anything with you.
