I was first contacted by a salesman after I e-mailed and wanted to know if the vehicle was still available and some of its features. He didn't answer my questions but wanted to know what vehicle I was going to trade in, what kind of financing I was going to use and things like that. I replied that being he didn't answer my questions, I was no longer interested. After that the manager contacted me and was very nice and really wanted to help me. So that tells me, go straight to the top.
