My roof/skylight was leaking but Tracy VW couldnt find the leak. So they replaced the roof liner with a new one, but I suspect it will leak again, since nothing was done to correct the problem. Waste of time and my warranty is running out. If it runs out and roof leaks again, which it no doubt will, Im screwed.

The service staff are exceptional! In the past, though, I did receive a text updating me about expected time of pick-up. I had to call this time--which is OK, but I liked it when I got a text. Also, I liked that the washed my car and cleaned the car mats. Exceptional servvice.

Tracy VW has a great service department. Chris, the intake person, is especially knowledgeable. They did a great job, informed me when the car would be in the shop and when it was ready for pick-up. And, they even vacuumed the inside and washed it! Great service.

Tracy Volkswagen is always offers professional excellent customer service. The comfortable spacious waiting area offers different blends of Keurig coffee and Tracy's own labeled bottled water. When service is complete the car is washed including the interior mats. In my opinion Tracy's is the best dealership on the Cape. Always a pleasure to do business with them.
