I always like it there. They do everything to make sure my car is doing well, and they tell me what needs to be done right now, or they tell me that something does not need to be done yet. I drop off my car and they have someone take me to my office and another person to pick me up to go back and pick up my car. They also cleaned my car this time!

The service shop was able to do a great service for the most part. But I had to bring the car back to the service shop 2 days after I picked up the car as there was a component that was not fixed. And then they had to fix that. The customer service was outstanding, but the shop mechanic may have missed detecting an issue and fixing it. It's all good now. They fixed the additional issue, once the car was dropped back at the shop.

It was a scheduled service with the option for me to wait in shop for completion. It took longer, almost 2 hours, than I would expect. It seems that not much effort is made with scheduling to space time slots out to avoid long waits like this. However the service person was very nice. I was also pleased that with this service the car was inspected and a nail in a tire side wall was found and I had the tire replaced.

Paid them almost $400 for a transmission service. They did not perform the task! Had to bring the vehicle back and showed them the color of the fluid. It was the same dark color as I brought it in. Granted they did finally performed the service and recorded it as well. My wife or any other person with limited mechanical knowledge would've been ripped off.

Service on the car was fine. The ride home was a fiasco. I was the only person on the board for a ride at 8:05 am. At 8;50 I checked about the ride and one of the cashiers helped me. She did not know what happened to the driver She offered to get me a Lyft. That picked me up at 9:15 and I was home at 9:30. This was not good service (in my opinion).
