Oil Change was quick, expected a longer stay due to a recall. When I received the bill, the bill stated that the recall wasn't taken care of because the customer had an appointment. This is a lie. Can't trust this place. I expected a longer stay due to the recall, and it wasn't taken care of per the invoice.

What was done was acceptable but the cost was excessive and there was a definite misunderstanding when i asked for the total cost up front. When a total cost is asked for I did not expect that the amount given was in additiion to what I had previously ageed to. A few dollars is understandable but $1300 is quite a shock! An hourly rate for labor in excess of $300 per hour is a little excessive in my book.

I called just before 4pm because I had an appointment at 5pm and was told it was ready. Very disappointed that I had to keep reaching out to them instead of the other way around.

Over priced and trade not fairly evaluated. Their website valued my car at 17,000 and they gave me 12,500. Also didn't offer car with no add ons instead they only showed 3 separate options which ran the bill up $3500. I didn't have the option to choose no add ons which is a FTC violation under the CARS rule. I should have walked out and not bought the car. I will never use them again.

They make you sit for hours and refuse to show you what you specifically wamt. Once your wore out from sitting for so long they add excessive, random, nonsense fees without telling you. Your down payment turns into a donation to the dealership. If you have any issues you need to go in person and bring an attorney, don't bother calling.

The software update took almost 2.5 hrs. I wish someone would have updated me during the process. The beverages offered in the waiting room in minimal. I don't drink coffee. Popcorn... really? Novel but speaks volumes. Of course, this is my opinion. We aren't in a Mercedes or Bentley dealership.

I was told that there was a $150 diagnostic fee but it would be waived if I used their service. The diagnosis was a new battery was needed and I told them to go ahead. They then did a totally unnecessary "recalibration" and my total bill for a simple battery replacement was an obscene $400 ! ! ! ! Guess where I will not be going for future service needs? After you did two VERY costly procedures and tell me everything is great, I get another email telling me you want to do another expensive fix. I don't trust Toyota any more and will be taking my car somewhere else for maintenance.

The dealership is clean and comfortable. Service was not as expected. Advisor was focused on extracting more repairs rather than checking the car's record to see most of the repairs recommended were already completed. No follow ups after service to get feedback from customers to improve service.

I appreciate the effort from Bailey and Luis to resolve my manufacturing issue with my door handle but the quality control was severely lacking and I had to return 4 times for the same problem. Would appreciate a better communication between the mechanics and the front desk to fix the issue correctly the first time. They did see it through to the end.
