When purchasing vehicle they tried to add a "warranty" called PPP+. This warranty that they didn't consider a warranty was a whopping $3,000.00. After ridiculous arguing about removing this warranty they finally let up, it's a ridiculous way to add more fees on top of their $1,300.00 dealer fee already. Be careful and review your contract before signing it here.

The advisor and the technician Brandon were extremely professional and very well trained in Toyotas, as a technician at another dealership, I can say the writer was well knowledged on my warranty concerns and the technicians video inspection was so informative that I have changed how I make my own at my Hyundai dealership, will never go any other Toyota dealer than Toyota of tampa bay!

The service manager, Jeff, did everything he could and was great. Technicians, for the second time, failed to identify issue; humming from left front wheel that is causing vibration felt in floor board, pedals, and steering wheel. So, again, I'll wait until the situation gets even worse and then bring it back for a throw a third time.

We waited for 20 minutes for someone to come help us after staying at the service center. They didn't check the fluids correctly. The windshield fluid came up empty and hasn't been refilled. It took us 3 hours to get the car back from servicing. The service rep who was assigned to us was great in handling all this, but it was a disappointing visit.

I called the dealership about a Jeep Gladiator. I got transferred 3 times. I asked to speak to a manager, they placed me on hold, came back and stated that the manager wants to know who I am and what vehicle I'm inquiring about. At this point I had to end the call and the dealership lost my interest for a potential purchase.

Not a good experience with the technician or the service advisor. Called the dealer and requested to speak with service department manager and was told that he was gone for the day when in fact there were two service managers available at the time. I don't recommend this dealership service department to anyone.

Jeff was kind and informative, the service was good. Only slight critique was that I had to request the advisor to review my account for any potential discounts we may have from previous purchases. To be fair, he did state he was new and corrected the pricing as soon as I brought it to his attention. I will return for more service.

It was great!! I loved the open communication and updates on the progress of servicing my vehicle. I love how I can schedule an appointment through the app. I love the fact I received a ride to drop off and pick up my vehicle. The only thing I didn't like was the app doesn't tell you what service you need. It just tells you when it's time to bring in the car for maintenance but doesn't give much details about what maintenance is due.

Should not take almost 3 hours for an oil change. Customer service could be better. And don't upsell things that aren't even required at current mileage. Sometimes a vehicle just needs an oil change and we don't want to be there all day. Plus wasn't even due for oil change, but was told it was. Honesty and integrity are good things.

John was very professional and explained everything that was going to be done to my car. He asked where I planned to be while I waited for the service to be done. He even suggested I get a cup of coffee. Later when he came to tell me my car was ready for pickup he explained in detail the work that was done and the final price. I enjoyed dealing with him.

This is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with in my entire life. Within 6000 miles of buying a 50,000 mile vehicle Toyota has already tried to charge us $8000 for repairs. $2700 to replace floor mats because a cup of water spilled on the floor and $5200 because the warranty you guys sold us was not as you guys sold it to us. Needless to say you didn't get any of that business.

Car towed in for a flat tire. Tire could have been fixed but wasn't. Charged an exorbitant amount for tire because I was " lucky" they had one in stock. I live 3 hours from Tampa and had no other choices as my husband in the Tampa VA hospital 3 plus weeks. I reached out to the manager but received only an automated response.

Just was getting a new battery but I was able to take my MX-5 to Toyota of Tampa Bay on a Sunday at 3pm and they still were able to schedule me for service. I arrived for my appointment and they got my car into the service center immediately. It wasn't even an hour until everything was finished and I was on the way home.

They weren't honest with the mileage I need before the next oil change. I was under the impression that it was 5,000 miles for the next service visit to get an oil change, not 10,000. When I was there for the last maintenance visit all they tried to do was upsell me on services that my car didn't need.

A simple oil change took over 3 hours, even though I had an appointment and arrived early. I texted several times and the rep never responded. They tried to tell me that ALL 4 of my brake pads were bad. Considering I just bought the car from them a few months earlier and actually don't drive it that much, I'm never going back again, if they can't be honest or would sell me a car with bad brake pads.
