I like the the RAV4 a lot. I trade my 2019 Tacoma in on it . I miss my Tacoma and thought it was worth more than what I got . I'm getting older and not able to landscaping like I used too . Thanks a lot for showing me the RAV4. It's perfect for me now !!!

John identified a recall on my vehicle which I was unaware. He facilitated a ride home for me while the work was done. The waiting experience is what impressed me most: strong Wi-Fi, humongous common area for customers with chairs and TV, café (wish theyd stay open longer). The collision center and his staff are deceptive. They are use to dealing with insurance companies, therefore they act incompetent when conducting business with private payers. I would NEVER recommend Toyota of Knoxville Collisions Center to anyone. I would much rather prefer to do business with the smaller companies.

I was told about another car, just traded, same make, same model, different color and fewer miles, but when I asked to see it, they couldn't find it. 1st Trip = Charged me $300 to identify AC Freon leak with dye ($20 for Parts, $260 for Labor + Tax). 2nd Trip = Replaced 2 AC Parts that were leaking ($500 for Parts, $865 for labor + Tax). At their Labor Cost of $115 an hour, I find it hard to believe that it took 7.5 hours to replace the 2 AC parts and charge AC system with Freon :(

The service was great as usual, but the fulfillment on my service contract by Fidelity was not pleasant. I was owed one more service for oil change that I had paid for when I purchased my vehicle and Fidelity refused to follow thru on their obligations. I had to pay for this oil change.

I was having an issue with my navigation system rebooting while driving. They got me in promptly and installed software upgrades to fix the problem. To early to tell if it worked. They had me out of there in about an hour. Always great service at this dealer garage.
