Kyle Kohl checked me in, applied the appropriate coupon to my service, arranged a ride home for me while my car was being serviced, and kept me informed by text along the way. And my car was finished in the two-hour time frame he promised. Excellent service.

The mechanics and service reps at Toyota of GR did a very good job of explaining the services that were needed. In addition to a routine oil change, my brakes had frozen calipers which needed to be replaced. The mechanic took a short video to show me the problem and that was very helpful.

Awesome dealership for purchasing and service. They send a video to your email of the technician working on your vehicle so you can see the condition of items they check off their list. That is an awesome feature that I have never seen before from any company. I will always only go to Toyota of Grand Rapids and would highly recommend them to everyone. Well not everyone, I wouldn't want someone I dislike to receive such great service.

They got me right in and checked in. I went to the waiting room. I was told that the service would take one hour. After an hour and a half l came to see how my car was coming along. It was done and parked out front. No one had come and got me. I had to go through the paperwork again before leaving with a different person.

Came for an oil change, but had oil filter and cabin filter changed at my service technicians recommendation. He thought the work would take about an hour, and it was right on the money. Byron ( I believe his name was) was friendly and jovial, but not too much so. He was not being pushy with many upcharges either. Appreciated dealing with him.

Disappointing. Needed new tires. Spoke with parts dept. On 1/4 and was told tires were ordered for my appt on 1/9. Drove 45 minutes on 1/9 in snow storm for new tires...no tires. This was the 2nd time I tried to get new tires from them...no tires. Oil change was fine. Bought my car there...why can't I get tires there?

At Toyota of Grand Rapids mi we recieve the BEST repair service by trained and experienced professionals who know our car. I appreciate the inspection service that they complete each time our car is in the shop. We also want to recognize 'Kyle Kohl', our assistant service advisor for that day.

Everything went well but I was waiting an unusual amount of time for tire rotation and oil change. Their app told me the car was ready, but our service tech didn't know until I told him. I have never had a lack of coordination there in all these years, so I hope it's a little bug that can be worked out easily.

The service was fine but two days later, the car instructed me to replace the battery in my key fob. I thought the dealership could have checked that since I live an hour away from the dealership. Fortunately, I traveled to Traverse City and went to the Toyota dealer their. They replaced my batteries for free so as far as I am concerned, Serra Toyota of Traverse City is entitled to my five star rating.

I am very satisfied with the level of service, the facilities and the food and beverages available. I was, however, disappointed that I was not acknowledged when I walked in. You don't know where to go or who to see. This is a minor issue but frustrating when you stand around waiting for help.

Was greeted at the service door and car was taken right away for service. Video were taken underneath car during the multi-check service. Price quoted was less than expected and service took less time than 3 hours estimated. Was very happy with service from the time started to completion. Would recommend Toyota of Grand Rapids to anyone.

Toyota of Grand Rapids always fulfill my expectations, the courtesy shuttle is amazing. They brought me home after I dropped my car, and when my car was ready they send me another shuttle to pick me up and bring me to the dealer. Happy with the Service that Byron provided and save me some money offering me a package deal, for future oil changes and tire rotations.

Though there was a slight hiccup at the beginning regarding my tires being available (even though I had called ahead a couple of days to make sure they were), the situation was quickly resolved by the service manager. The service that was provided after that was excellent. This keeps me coming back to Toyota of Grand Rapids regularly... the quality they provide!

Went to TOGR for an oil change / tire rotation bundle deal that i purchased. They only changed the oil and told me they couldn't rotate the tires because the lugs were rusted and would break. I had the service done elsewhere without an issue! LIER'S LIER"S PANTS ON FIRE!!!

Ive always had wonderful service at this dealership. However, after my oil change and tire rotation, I went out to my car and found my glove box items all on the floor of my car. I assume they did that when checking the cabin air filter, but never bothered putting it back. All else was great just a little shocking to get in the car with stuff all over the floor that wasnt there when I dropped the car off.

Service was good- at first they told me it would be 3 hours until I got my car because there were others ahead of mine and I thought, whyd I make an appointment then??? But soon after the shuttle brought me home, my car was ready took about an hour and a half.
