My service writer is the best I've had. Though I went in for oil change and tire rotation, there was also a noise I pointed out which ended up the water pump. He worked to make sure it was covered under my warranty and gave me a rental since it was the weekend and the work wouldn't be finished that day. Glad to be driving without the noise, and confidently.

This is a wonderfully run service department. No matter how busy they are they always take the time to acknowledge you even if you have to wait a few minutes. My only complaint is when the windshield fluid lines were rerun I dont believe they were tested. One of the squirt valves does not spray on the windshield. Other than that I think this is a great dealership.

I brought my 2021 Tacoma in for an oil change special. The service advisor was excellent and explained a tire replacement package to me for when I get ready to replace my tires. So the only service I had done was the oil change and it took nearly and hour and a half. This is the primary reason I don't typically use the Toyota Service for oil changes. It is expensive and takes much too long.
