I have had luxury cars for at least 20 years Mercedes Landrover and I landed in a Toyota RAV hybrid And I am blown away by the service, seriously and I also love the gas mileage. It takes 50 bucks approximately to fill my tank and I can drive almost 500 miles. So impressed!

It was very expensive. The car was there for a total of a little over 2 hours and the bill was over $700. I doubt more than one technician was working on the car at any time. It just seems a lot and I will likely search elsewhere for future service on the car.

The shock absorbers were replaced unnecessarily. I went on a test drive with a technician, and when we went over the severe speed bump exiting the dealership the vehicle front did not bounce up and down repeatedly, and he made no remarks about needing new shock absorbers. I drove a celica 410,000 miles without needing new front shocks.

The technician did not check the work order to make sure that all work that was requested was done when I received my vehicle. Tires in the front showed 35psi and the back 2 were not 35. I used to take my car to a different dealership and never experienced any issues like I have experienced with this dealership. I have been here several times and have never had a 5 star experience.

The service cashier's have sent me on my way with a complimentary car wash coupon on every visit.

Toyota kept my car for 2 days, after that I noticed that my gas tank was down half a tank and 30 miles was added to the mileage. They fixed a noise that they heard but the leakage from the gasket got worse. Also they did not replace the wind shield wiper that I asked them to do.
