Seamless service. Pulled into service area. Representative met me immediately. Verified my appointment and service request. Checked mileage and condition of vehicle. Asked if I needed transportation. Gave me an estimate for completion. Texted me the results of the multi point inspection. Contacted me when vehicle was ready. Went over the service when I returned and had the vehicle waiting. Couldn't ask for more.

Town north Nissan wasted 4 hours of my life I was told I had a 9:30 appointment and did not get my car serviced until 1:30 people who arrived after me got their car serviced before me I asked what the delay was and was lied to they also left a valve stem cap off of one of my tires

I needed brake pads and an oil change. They were quick and $99 p/axle for brake pads is a good deal but I told them I didnt want a multipoint inspection and they did it anyway. They then tried to tell me I needed a new battery and a new air filter. The battery was just low because it came from the bodyshop and sat disconnected for two weeks. The filter was brand new.

It is great. The appointment time is accurate. The technician competes for 3 services ( Air filter and micro filter replacement, Tire rotation ) in 2 hours. During the waiting period, I read electronic books by using the internet and having a cup of cappuccino provided by the service center.

Unprofessional and untrustworthy service center. Ignore my Nissan Security + plus extended protection plan. Service Advisor creates different stories on a daily basis. Finally, the repair estimate came out with an impossible very high amount. I could not effort to repair and he claim the labor charge without repair. So sad.

I had very unpleasant experience at Nissan for the second time. After diagnostic tests when I went to get my car the window is rolled down with bags over them. My car will not start or run as it was when I dropped it off. Brandi Townsen was very rude and was not being helpful with her nasty attitude. Never bringing my car back for sure.

Had asked for tire rotation as part of service. But they did not do it stating coupon does not include that. Never bothered to let me know before that they will not do it. Everytime I go for service there is some chip on the paint. Would think twice before going next time.
