After test driving, was asked how I liked the car. I said I liked but there was hesitation and a strong catalytic convertor smell. I was immediately told nope, never happen. Price is fair, price is firm. Was very off putting. Jeff; I am sorry that this is the response you provided. Your dealership has an excellent selection of Volvos, which I am actively searching for. I was merely making an observation. My mechanic, who was with me at the time, also made the same observation. I was not arguing price with you, in fact price was not even brought up, I was telling you what I found on the test drive. Your demeanor was very unexpected. I was planning a second trip to your dealership (a 4 hour round trip from home); I think it is safe to say, I will be returning. I wish you the best of luck with your dealership.

There was NO hesitation, NO odor...vehicle has since been sold...and sold to a local mechanic that purchased it for his 17 year old daughter...they like the vehicle so much they sent a coworker over that bought volvo xc90 yesterday...oh well, you missed a good one
