They are scammers. They said I needed to replace my whole transmission. That is an inaccurate inspection. They must think I am made of money and probably just want me to buy another vehicle when I am barely making ends meet. I would not recommend them.

I found them to be very courteous and show a real concern for getting to the root cause of my vehicles problems. They took care of me very quickly and got the parts ordered that it needed as well as doing an oil change I was in and out of there in a very reasonable amount of time.

Communication and service are usually good here. I was disappointment that my requested tire rotation was not done. The other requested work was done. Once I brought it to their attention, the Service Advisor called me and offered me a credit toward future service. Things happen and I was glad to see how they owned it. I will continue to trust them with my vehicle.

It was a good service. They did an inspection and provided a few recommendations for additional service. If the car had been still in the bay when they recommended it I may have taken advantage of it. However I wasn't willing to wait longer to have the car go back.

I appreciate the great customer service and the short amount of time I had to wait. However, I noticed a small piece of plastic on my seat when I got back into my car. It is the piece that covers the screw where the interior door handle is. This is the second time I had my car worked on where a plastic part was left off.
