I'm sure that Mrs. Taylor has no idea of how despicable the Service Dept is @ Hyundai of Augusta. Unprofessional(attire included), they spend a lot of time on smoke/coffee breaks/the inside of my car smelled like cigarette smoke
Ridiculous! Please hire professional/customer oriented people in that dept! I thought that once the Genesis side was completed things would improve...NOPE!

I am sorry that you had an unpleasant experience. I have discussed with the technician that worked on your vehicle about smoking on the way to getting in a vehicle, which our camera showed that he did. Please call back and request that a repeat detail be performed on your vehicle per the Service Manager

Andrew forgot to give us our military discount and they performed a service that i did not remember agreeing to - underbody spray. We now will not get our discount until the next time we come to the desler for sdditonal work. Not clear to me why we have to wait. Also, car was not cleaned before returning to us as is current practice.

Good Morning, the service that was performed was a recall to prevent subframe corrosion that just came out. We are required by law to perform any recall when a vehicle comes in for the safety of our customers.. The service was great, but having an appointment at 1:30 and not getting done for three hours is a lot. I had an oil change, wipers replaced, and tires rotated. This seems like it should be a faster service or the appointments were overbooked on this day.

The staff were awesome and very nice. I also got updates on my car and I am glad the staff keeps me updated about my car. The new waiting area is also really good. The whole experience from setting up the appointment to payment was also very easy and fast.

The people were friendly, the waiting room immaculatestocked with varieties of hot and chilled beverages, plus snacksbut what I was told would be an hour-and-a-half well baby, free scheduled maintenance took three hours. Wonderful work, killer free car wash, but the department seemed overworked and understaffed.

Julian was amazing! Had a little issues with parts on the first trip, but he made it right and got me into a loaner car and kept me updated the whole time my car was in the shop. Then I scheduled a follow up for a recall and he got it in and out for me. Great and kind worker!!

Did not honor coupon. Service manager was not helpful. He was unreasonable, dismissive and offensive. I am a 63 y/o tech and business savvy, professional male, who knows a little something about effective communication. I contacted the General Manager who was much more approachable, and reasonable, and he resolved my issue to our mutual satisfaction. But to my mind, it really shouldn't have been this hard.

My car was taken in for service after a short wait. Waiting area is comfortable and there are 2 waiting areas. It was raining the day I went in for service. My car was brought to me while I waited in the service area so I wouldn't get wet. I was taken care of.

I sat in my car with the window down , 4 feet from where service techs were going in & out, while 3 of them came & went without acknowledging that I was there. Finally, I waited for the recall check to be compleated. I saw my car parked outside the window for 45 min. I went to the desk to question if it was ready. It was, but nobody had come to tell me. 3.5 hours for an estimated 1.5 hour job.

I love Taylor Hyundai and my vehicle! But for the first time since buying my car I had difficulty with getting a rental vehicle and being notified of repairs and/or maintenance issues. Once my Long Block Engine was approved and my car sat for 3 weeks, things moved pretty quickly! My vehicle is running smoothly and I absolutely love it! I have no complaints about the work done or the Employees.

The work on the vehicle itself was fine. The scheduling and customer service was sub-par. They havent been able to receive an incoming call for over a month. Individual employees give you their cards, and then when they get fired, you have no way to contact the office. The next available appointment was a month out. FIX YOUR COMMS.

I took my car in to have an oil change. The next day I noticed I was leaking oil. I took my car back and they supposedly took care of the problem. The next day it was still leaking oil. It finally fixed the leak. It took three attempts to get it done right. The staff was very friendly.
