They were fast and efficient. As I expected though, they had an additional 700.00 of items that they wanted to perform service on. No high pressure to get it done there. Funny that once the 24 mo/ 25k miles free services ended, key items start showing up as needing attention. I also am intrigued by the rear brakes and tires being in the "needs attention" category. Vehicle only has 30k miles.

My vehicle has 245,000 miles on it. I took it in with a clunking noise when I hit bumps, vibration in the front end and brakes that pulsed when I stopped. I got new tires, brakes and some suspension work done. It drives like a new car now. So happy I got this done before the weather changed. The service advisor did an awesome job of taking care of me as well.

The service techs know what they're doing! My main issue is, I have to clean up the dirt and grease left behind on the steering wheel, shifter, door panel, and seat. Speaking of the seat, it would be nice to have the seat returned to the setting. The seat was so low, I about threw my back out! Maybe not that bad, but it was surprisingly low.

I was in for air bag recall and tire rotation. I don't understand why a service write can't come into the waiting area and explain what's going on. I understand that texting the info that includes videos of suggested maintenance is easy, but not taking the 3 minutes for the personal encounter doesn't seem like good customer service to me.

They didn't really check my car. They just said they did and went with dealer recs. If they had actually checked it, they would've noticed that things they recommended had already been done. They even admitted part of their check was from 10 years ago. On a different car. They're not really checking they're just telling you things to do to get you to pay money.
