I was charged $3200 to fix a problem that they didn't fix. I still have the original problem after wasting all that money. Since that time they have dodged all attempts to rectify the problem. I have called numerous times to get in touch with management. Worst experience with a dealer that I have ever had.

Bryan in the service department was my service writer. He went above and beyond to take care of the services needed. As the owner of Parkway Car Care/Parkway Marine I have been in customer service locally for 40 years and its hard to get people to communicate with you concerning your vehicle repairs. He excelled in his duties as a customer service provider. I would give him 5 stars!

The service department was terrible. They did services on my vehicle and then 2 weeks later I had to be towed for a broken water pump. In the midst of that, they added recommendations for new brakes and other things they missed during the service. Additionally whoever answers the phones incorrectly sends to the wrong person and voicemails. This is the worst Ford Dealership I have dealt with.

I had no service done at this dealer on the date given in this request for review. I did go there on 2/19/2024 for a service appointment made more than a month earlier to have recall work done, only to find when I got there that they didn't actually have the parts. Despite having sent me numerous reminders to keep that appointment.

Very disappointed to hear that our favorite dealership is no longer a Lincoln dealership. They refuse to rotate my tires since the car is 5 years and they will no longer wash the car after service. They were kind enough to do the maintenance of oil change. I always liked the dealership as they really offered excellent customer service.

Be careful, you are charged hundreds of dollars for diagnostic of problem; then, a separate charge to fix it; then told there was no guarantee that that was the problem. It might be something else. Another problem, they did not know how to fix it. Ntl. Ford Tech made an appt with them. They said they put in a request for help from Ntl. Ford tech. We have been waiting for weeks. It took months to get this appt.

It really wasn't that great. I had mobile service at my home which was nice but the technician would not take the tires off, said the Lugnuts might get stuck as they had swelled up so I had to make an appointment to come in and spend a lot of money on new Lugnuts , instead of that, my husband had them replace the Lugnuts at his job for much less, so they did not check brakes or rotate tires for me . For 100 dollars it wasn't worth it.

My 2006 Lincoln Town Car was detailed and it looked LIKE NEW when they finished with it, in spite of it being 18 years OLD. They have ALWAYS pleased me when they wash or detail my OLD Town Car! And all the staff at the detail section are always very pleasant and eager to please.

Terrible service. Had to wait over a month to take it to the service center. Took 3 days for someone to look at it. They didn't know whether they had the vehicle or I had the vehicle. They don't know who works there. They misdiagnosed the issue the first time, so I had to take it back in a second time. People not really rude, but just terrible service.

No false promises! Justin explained everything ahead of time introduced us to our technician. We discussed options and probabilities and time requirements. They delivered exactly as promised. Might be a small thing to some, but a handshake still means something at Tallahassee Ford.

It took them 8 hours to get an Administrator remote programmed. I had an appointment for this service. Lets just say after $596 I left the dealership without a proper working key and they didnt have a hard cut key to give me with my remote I paid for. They wanted to do $1600 worth of additional work to my vehicle to get the key to properly work. The biggest scam I have ever seen.

Customer service there is consistently awful. Wish I could go elsewhere but Im trapped by my extended warranty. And they didnt even fix my problem. Said nothing is wrong yet it drives badly. Guess Ill have to wait til Im stranded in the side of the road somewhere. This dealership and service department have made my experience with my brand new car so stressful and disappointing.

Outstanding communication and service. Check-in was fast and vehicle was finished with service (oil change, inspection, new tires balanced and mounted) SOONER than promised. They even sent a shuttle driver to get me from work to pick up my truck when done! GREAT job!

On 8/15/2023 TLH Ford's Mobile unit came to our house to perform a Recall repair. Keith was prompt, efficient and thorough. He even checked and filled the under-hood fluids after finishing with the Recall repair. Very convenient. Thanks for the recommendation of the Mobile unit service.

The assistance when arriving was fast and the gentleman helping me was very helpful. They provided me a loaner car which I'm so glad they did with only one car. Downfall was the amount of time to get my car there for the appointment, the length they had my car (3 weeks) and the invoice was incorrect. My car has been running great since.

Service was fast and efficient. I had to reschedule cause I needed my car to get to work at night and get home. So they told me it might take two days to fix, no problem I took two days off, dropped it off in the morning and got shuttled home. Got a call the next morning saying Im ready go go!! So I didnt have to waste a day sitting around the house. Also got shuttled to pick up my car.
