I was greeted courteously, given an explanation of the testing that had to be done prior to replacing the battery under warranty, and the predicted timeline for completing the service. We were offered water and comfortable seating inside the showroom while we waited. Overall, a satisfying experience.

Also got a tire rotation. Used my to coupons. Had everything done. Car serviced oil and filter, tires rotated and inspected. For less than $85 we are very happy. Staff was friendly and courteous. Thank you.

No satisfied with diagnosis. They replaced the transmission and engine light keep coming back. Now they are going back to ignition coils that were replaced two times already in less than a year. Ive spent over $2k for a car that definitely is a lemon!!

I did not say very good are excellent because I had made an appointment and when I checked in was told it would take 45 minutes but it actually was over an hour. Mason Kelly is my new service manager and he is wonderful. So much better than the last one which is why I had quit going there. But things must be better now. Thank you Mason. You just need to get better with the time.

Great service center. Done right the first time. They Do not try to sell you recommended maintenance. They actually brought some service to my attention that I ask them to do, but seen it was previously complied with during an incoming service at another dealership where I purchased my car. saved me money. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had a 1pm appointment. Just an oil change and filter. I waited for the work to be completed as usual. 1 and 1/2 hours later the work was complete. This seems excessive time to complete the work, especially since I called ahead for an appointment. I have used "5 Minute Oil Change" for my other vehicle. I try to stay with my car brand but I will rethink my position.

Got a replacement key fob for my certified-new-to-me Murano. While it took longer than I had expected, the service staff was fantastic and very friendly. Jorge walked me to my car and was just as nice and professional as could be. Thankful that our local Nissan dealership is so great! This is our first one to own and if this keeps up it probably wont be our last!

The work was satisfactory, but extremely over priced. I decided to do one job myself that literally is only going to take 15 min, and I can get the parts for half the dealer price for oem parts. I can get the parts for $150, and complete the entire job (tools and everything) in 30 min, they was gonna charge me over $700.00 to do this!!! The service guy wouldnt work with me on that either.

Would like them to change them now. They changed the filters and did the oil change and aired up the tires. The service was great. The amount wasnt. It cost a lot to maintain a car, I realize that, but do you give senior discounts? I wasnt even there an hour so I was very thankful for that since I have problems setting for long periods of time.
