This was my first time to have my oil change and tire rotation since the ones included when I purchased my car and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I'm happy to say that I was delighted. I drove in for "express service" and was in and out in about an hour. Just enough time to do some good reading! I love that a car wash is included. Made me fall in love with my Forester all over again.

My other car was an audi Q7 and i was used to a nice waiting room, free cofee and tea, free snacks, wifi etc and a loaner while waiting for my car. I didn't think i would get that service of having a non luxury car but I was wrong. Waiting for my car ( 2 appts) now was not bad at all. Their communication and service area is a amazing. If I had known, I would have traded in my audi awhile ago. Subaru I am so happy with you.

Appointment had been scheduled to perform recall - a 45 minute procedure. However, needed parts had been used for other customers, so wait was several hours. Service manager therefore drove us home to wait, so we returned when notified repair was complete. All was done well, but but when appointment had been made parts should have been reserved to avoid inconvenience.

Had ALL of the belts replaced (including the timing belt) AND a new Radiator installed. Expected them to do a multipoint inspection, including the OIL LEVEL. One week later on way to Airport to start Thanksgiving visit with Family, "Check Engine" and "Low Oil" lights came on. After 2nd tow to shop in ONE week, was told Engine needed to be replaced. Needless to say, WE ARE NOT SATISFIED CUSTOMERS.

Oil change and tire rotation were fine. I was told my check engine issue was just the gas cap but two days later all of my lights came back on. I had expressed what I felt was an emissions issue because of the jerking at an idle to accelerated transition but was told there was nothing wrong. I still havent been able to get this issue fixed

My service appointment was scheduled for the next day. Juan got the car into the shop 15 minutes after I arrived. I needed to wait because I live 30 miles away, but the problem was found, fixed, and my car was washed in about an hour. It was a great experience.

The day after I left I noticed a headlight was burned out. Reminds me of when I went to dealership in Austin and later that day my AC went out. I wonder what else might be happening that Im not aware of. Also, on my last service report it shows mileage correction. What is that? I really like my car, but these dealerships are loosing my confidence. I am a detractor until I see an improvementlike dont change what doesnt changing. Simple.
