Terrible! Mis- diagnosed problem. Charged over $500.00 same issue reoccured and the dealership charged an additional $150.00 along with 2 tows!! Tahlequah Ford needs to come to the table and refund the original bill and fire the incompetent service technician! Totally unacceptable! Shameful!!!

Everyone there was easy to work with and provided the best customer service. I would have made this a 5 star except there are only a couple bays for things like brake jobs and alignments and it seems to me that for services such as those, making an appointment would be easier for the customer. Driving 40 minutes to roll the dice on a first come, first serve basis isn't convenient for anyone. I prefer to take my F-150 to a Ford dealership and I will return even though there is a smaller dealership closer.
