The only problem I had was that I made an appointment but when I got there I was told it would be a 2 hour and 45 minute wait to have the oil change and tire rotation. I put a timer on them and it ended up being about 3 hours. Why even make an appointment if they are unable to perform the service at the scheduled time. Other than that they were great.

They were helpful, I think their service charges are way too expensive for what is needed, and they said we put in the wrong coolant when we haven't put any in, the only place we have taken it since we have owned it is Volkswagen, they didn't say anything last time they checked it. They are the only ones that have checked it. I think it's kinda weird, either they are not being honest or they are the ones who put the wrong coolant in.

Peaple are nice enough but the actual technical service is so so. Engine light keeps coming on and off but they can't find anything wrong. ?? I Feel Boxed onto a corner because the extended waranty is voided if you use any other macanic but the dealership.

They are great to work with at the Service department like waiting for them to finish the service in the new part of VW Strong but the used car one where they say is the VIP is not as nice as the New VW Strong building. Maybe keep the VIP people in the new VW area instead of sending them across the street to the used car dealership.

My car was not serviced I dont know why they think it was. My car was sitting all day in Layton. I got a message on my phone stating get live updates and talk to us any time. So I did stating it isnt my car in there and it isnt getting service done they never responded back. Clearly their service department has no clue what is going on and are not even brave enough to respond back to say oops we messed up

They play around with my sons of shade, and they somehow took it out of the railing and hes not function on my period I brought that the service manager attention. he said people sent the cameras and Ill get back to me. I havent heard back from him as is today!

Disappointing service experience. Failed to perform one service requested, another service was incomplete or improperly completed, and provided incorrect information on a repair (vs. replace) option. Service personnel indicated work had been completed prior to arriving to retrieve the vehicle, but I then was required to wait an additional 30-40 minutes for the service to be completed and the vehicle delivered.

Dont know why they had to go through all the back of my car to change a tire. They scuffed up all the plastic in the trunk and some up in the driver side. Left some stain, grease or something, on the front seat that I was able to get out at least they changed the tire and didnt scratch up the rim. I appreciate that much.

My tire had a nail in it and the service team was able to patch the hole and get me on my way. I would have liked to have picked up my car with a fresh car wash and a quick vacuum and wipe-down on the inside after all this is the VIP service right? Just glad my tire was fixed :) Thanks!

Im not a good one to rate this as Ive never bought a car basically by myself. The sales person was not pushy and seemed anxious to answer questions but had to get lots of the answers from some one else. I didnt get many instruction on all the newness of an electric vehicle.

Work was performed satisfactorily however I asked that all expenses be run by me first and I was asked about replacing a rear wiper blade to which I agreed however they replaced the new ones on my windshield without asking and charged me for three blades instead of one.

Most importantly, the people are awesome. Especially Chip Riley, service. I bought a new 2022 Atlas. Within weeks I realized my sound system was not working properly. Now, nine months later and many trips back for repair its still messed up. No one can tell me when I can expect to have it fixed. They eagerly took my 50k (cash) but cant give me a radio that works. Freaking unbelievable. Did I mention FREAKING UNBELIEVABLE!!??
