Told them we were hearing a strange noise coming from the engine. They could not find one. Said they did an analysis when talking to on the phone, but we were not charged for one nor was there any mention of one on the invoice. They said the tires had 90% left on them. We had just that morning had new Michelin tires put on from a tire dealership. Should have been 100% as there were only 10 miles on the tires!

Problem not solved there and after taking the back end of apart I was left without some of the parts not put back and had to make an extra trip back to have that situation resolved. Now that the defect causing a water leak has to be taken care of by the body shop that is causing more problems and financial strain. Not happy or satisfied.

All of my service has been performed at Stokes Honda. When she call me regarding my truck, she was telling me that I needed this and that. I told her to check my service records in her computer because my truck was up to date.

The service was excellent but I went in for a "low tire" light. This was the 2nd time in 1 week after purchasing new tires. The first time "may" have been due to a drop in temperature, but there was no extreme change in temperature the 2nd time. If this happens again anytime soon, I will request new tires.

Sitting in the dealership is my least favorite part, but they have a nice sitting area. Too far of a drive to shuttle back and forth. The routine service takes an hour and if they recommend something else, that adds another hour. I wish they would combine the two...let me know right away,,,and then do the work all at the same time.
