Star is a friendly, competent, smaller dealer compared to the megastores out there. I love their service. Carlos Garza our service advisor is always very helpful in getting our car in and out whether its warranty repairs or other. I made an appointment and then it took them over 45 minutes to even check me in ....one hour later they informed me that I would probably not even get in for several hours..why make an appointment!! it was for an auxiliary battery change..I took it somewhere else the next day and they did it in 15 minutes....for LESS MONEY!!!

My car was bought for me in 2017, so when I took it to be serviced back in 2020, the y failed to tell me that that were no longer a Volvo dealership. Hence the rental from Interprise. So sad to hear that , but I want the dealership to take care of my car and wont be going there anymore.
