The service department staff was professional, friendly and helpful. I dropped my Highlander off the evening before. I received calls with updates and servicing that needed attention. what was the most surprising, I received a video message detailing my service and the condition of the replaced parts ( air intake and cabin filters). The whole experience with Spitzer was very pleasant .

Overpriced for the oil change services provided. I also came to find out that there was an open recall on my vehicle so it will still need to go back for that. I would've appreciated the service department having the foresight of mentioning that so as to schedule the recall repair at the same time.

I understand that a new computer system can cause delays. If that had been communicated, I would have make arrangements to drop the car off and leave the facility. We were told that the car would be washed. It was not washed. No,I did not take to anyone. After waiting overs 2 hours for tire rotation , I just wanted to leave. Staff was very nice,and stressed with new system.

They told me that my Tacoma engine was blown up at 63000 miles. I had it there the first time at 61000. And now they tell me a heed a new engine, but the Tyler says, he wont even buy it back, if u but I new engine. These peoeple are criminals. I havent owned another make of car in 15 years.
