441 Toyota's service techs are professional, courteous, and friendly. Had the chance to chat with an exemplary tech in the showroom while waiting for my service. A real car guy, just what you want when having your car serviced. It's reassuring knowing that they are into it and will treat your car like their own. Tires were mounted and balanced perfectly, inspection was top notch and service advisor provided all that was needed.

The battery has a 7 years warranty stick placed on by Toyota. They told me they were not able to give me a 100% warranty and they proposed 50%. After job conclusion they refused to do it and charged me 100%. Another vehicle in warranty factory they charged me more than $700 for regular maintenance.

Overall, I was satisfied with the quality of their workit was done to my satisfaction. However, I did notice that their prices were a bit on the higher side. So, while I'd recommend them for their service quality, just keep in mind that it might come at a premium.

the service was not performed correctly the first time.. Then when the problem was located, the fee was unacceptable. after negotiating with the service dept. the fee was revised and the repair was made. I feel the dealership and the mechanics did not do the right thing and they lost me as a customer.

My car was brought into the service area promptly and my oil change done quickly. The only thing I was disappointed about was they did not run it through the complimentary car wash as usual - I was told it was because it was missing a clip on the driver's side wheelwell fender. This been missing for ages and never an issue before. I think the staff just forgot to have it washed.

They failed to check my tire pressure but up sold me on tire balance which I did Not need but did not know until a friend told me. They also tried to up sell me on alignment which I for sure did not need. All that but still didn't adjust my tire pressure and claimed to have rotated them.

My Prius battery was failing. I came in for diagnostics, and they told me there was no code and everything was fine, but I should do a fan cleanup to prevent the battery from overheating (over $500) Next week my light came in again and they told me a needed a new battery pack (over $3700)

Everything went mostly smooth but I don't appreciate the finance guy at all. He almost tanked the whole deal and I would never work a deal where he was involved again. I don't like when the deal keeps changing and I don't like any attempts to change the deal once in with the finance guy. And that happened.

I scheduled an oil change service via the website. While scheduling the service, I selected the option that I am waiting on the premises. When I arrived for the service appointment, I notified the service adviser that I was staying in the dealership during the oil change, and he informed me that it would take an hour. The oil change took two and a half hours. The whole idea about scheduling is to avoid a lengthy wait.

The service provided was delivered well, with great competence, courtesy, and expediency. My issue with this entire exchange however is that this 12V car battery was only just replaced within the last two years! And it was an unusually expensive battery to begin with! I've NEVER had another car battery need to be replaced after such a short life. Most of my batteries last well over 5 years! Shame on you Toyota!

The oil change was quick and efficient. They did a multi point inspection and when they found that the car was out of alignment, after having aligned it just a month before, they re- aligned it at no cost. They are customer focused and their are very competitive.

As soon as I pulled in, a gentlemen opened the door. he was pleasant and professional. One guy looked at my dash., someone else looked at my windshield wipers, them my tires. They said I was scheduled with Tim Saunders. He was there in a few minutes with a friendly smile. He said I will get you in and out as soon as possible, and he did just that. I was on my way in les than two hours. Awesome, thanks Toyota.

Tech was friendly & courteous. Service requests were met and I was informed of current service needs and coming ones. The only suggestion that I have is to have been provided with a paper copy of the inspection report. You used to include this but it was not this time.

Almost 4 hours to replace 4 tires and to do a 4 wheel alignment. After that my car was pulling to the right (It never did that before). I had to bring it back to the dealership. Not even an apology. Another 3 hours waiting and finally they got it right. Very disappointed.

My car in at 17,000 miles one of the tires the sidewall blew out and they tried to tell me that the tire was cut. Thats why I blew out Ive been in this business for 20 years and it was a bunch of bull multi million dollar company are you with me over $150 tire I will never ever go there again. I will not recommend them to anybody, its a horrible place

Set up an appointment for service. They took me on time, and the car was ready when they said it would be. Their wark was done professionally and they also did a great job of washing the car. Their prices were competitive and NOT typically "dealer inflated.".

It took over 2 hours for an oil change and 10,000 checkup when I was told 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Notification of y vehicle being ready was confusing. I rated them poorly on th dealers web site and actually got a call from them. The lady was concerned and really seemed to care about my concerns. Due to this contact, I will try them again

Really bad service, When I took my Hybrid Camry to do maintenance they offered me several additional services and I said no. So when I took my car out of maintenance it began to have a donut in the tires and when I checked it in the rubber shop we realized that some tires did not have balancing weights.
