Car didn't come back clean. Although the matts had been vacuumed, the rest of the car--dash, center console--was still dusty/dirty. They usually get this right. Service was otherwise great. There was an issue with my car that resulted in needing to leave it for nearly a week, and I had a loaner the whole time. Appreciated the loaner more than I can say.

The Smithtown, NY Kia Service Department is run like a well-oiled machine, the staff is great, and I have been getting service there for 7 years. Never had a bad experience. Run service specials throughout the year. They even vacuum your rugs and send you to the car wash after each service, what's not to love?

I was there for 3 recall notices. They did not have the part for one of the recalls and I needed to schedule a second appointment. They should have checked their supply and scheduled one appointment. The recall is due to Kia's error. Then I need to schedule two appointments because Kia did track their inventory.

Bought my Sorento in 2019 and received free oil changes and car inspections along with purchase. They reach out with friendly reminders when it's time. Clean waiting room or a drive back home is always the choice given while my car is serviced. If there is an issue, I'm approached and shown what it is. I also get a coupon for free car wash at another dealership owned. Staff is professional and I appreciate that

Impressed by the entirety of the experience from greeting to bagel quality and everything else. My car was vacuumed and I received a voucher for a free car wash. You don't get that with an oil change a Jiffy Lube! Work was done quickly and I was able to plug in and get some work done while I waited. Didn't get much done because it didn't take long. Great team and place.

From the beginning until the end of my service appointment I was pleased with every aspect of the operations. I was greeted promptly, my questions were answered and all work was done quickly. They had refreshments, bagels, that were outstanding, coffe wasn't bad either. My car was returned cleaner than I brought it in and they even gave me a coupon for a free car wash! Great shop.

I paid for a tire repair (along with the rest of the service). The next morning I woke up to a partially flat tire. The nail was removed and the tire was not patched despite having been charged for the service. They have always done a good job but I received one callback 5 minutes before they closed to which I called back at 5:01 and left another message. No call since.

When dropping off my car I was greeted by a friendly attendant. When signing in all my question were answered. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. My car was ready when they said it would be, and my car was waiting for me along with a voucher for a free car wash!
