Frantically went to a sales guy ready who is ready to leave to ask if he could open the overnight drop off box.. With a smile he responded "lets see if we can figure this out"? I liked the ease of scheduling, the waiting area and the staff. What I don't like is every time I come in for service, the service tech always comes over and wants me to replace an air filter, clean the batteries or some other costly item that I don't need.
