terrible experience, i came to see the car and left saying i'd think about it. later I sent in a credit application to that same car to BUY. they said theyd submit it and get back to me. 2 weeks later I call and ask if theyre sending it. the guy on the phone said ill send it right now?? were they waiting for me to call again? after that i just never heard back from them. never seen a dealership less eager to sell cars.

Dealership was run down and very shady. Sales staff was not attentive at all. Overall a bad experience and would not suggest using this dealer.

No help false advertising and poor customer service you guys false advertising on no credit bad credit etc then when you apply its something else and the down payment are extremely high for the year of the cars never choose car fax .

I spoke to someone at this dealership and set up a test drive time on their website. I drove an hour and a half to get to this location for my test drive and no one was at the lot. The gate was locked closed and I tried 4 different phone numbers off of carfax, maps, and the banners they had outside the dealership. I received text messages the next day that did not apologize for my inconvenience or give any explanation. I asked asked for confirmation that they would really be open if I came by for a test drive again and I did not get a response until the day off the test drive. I did not end up making an appointment and did not pursue the car any further because of the lack of communication and unprofessional behavior. I continue to get phone calls from them, and I was able to buy a car from a more trustworthy dealership
