Liked the service. But this was the second time we visited there an a lot wrong with the first equinox we looked at then couldn't even finish our test drive on the 17 equinox due to loosing power an or running out of gas.

I sent another question over to the dealership and no one ever responded in regards to whether or not they had or could possibly get ahold of the 3rd row seating for that you can and no 1 ever got back to me so I feel like they ignored me that doesn't make me feel good

The only good thing was that the salesman didnt push anything on us. But, we ended up buying a 2009 Ford Flex and its a lemon! Checked out good while there just everything went wrong on our way home. The Honda Pilot was very filthy. Brakes are gone in it. And its pretty rusted. Not what the pictures showed. Very disappointed.

Ended up purchasing the car I requested information on and within the same day was having issues with it. Wasnt informed about all the details (deductible) on the warranty they sold me. They have now been avoiding my phone calls from me to try to resolve this issue of having my car in the shop unusable. They will do whatever it takes to have you sign on the line. Then could care less about the customer afterwards.

The Buick Allure was nice except the back seat was trashed with stains and a yellow crud. they were to try to Shampoo the seat and get back to me. They did not!. I guess the seat was to trashed and they never called back. so I purchased a 2011 Lucerne from another dealer

Spoke to a sales rep in the morning and told him I had an hour and a half drive to come see this vehicle. I asked specifically if there was anything I should be made aware of, and knowing it was a Canadian vehicle, how the underbody looked? Was told everything in good shape. Far, far from the case. The underbody had chunks of metal flaking off and was a complete rusted mess but that wasn't the worst of it. Opened the driver's side door and the side of the driver's seat looked like it had been eaten at by rats. The whole thing was gone and the metal wire inside was completely visible. When I re-checked the Carfax posting I realized then that they had conveniently posted pics of the interior from every other angle than the one that showed this disgusting mess. This dealership should be ashamed for even putting this pile on their lot. But in looking around at the state of just about every other truck they had it appears they are proud to present absolute overpriced garbage. I wasted 3-hours of mine and my sons time and a half a tank of gas to be confronted with this. Carfax should withdraw its endorsement of this dealership immediately.

Need to see a vehicle inspection report before I purchase any used vehicle. If this outfit can provide one and all it does is take used cars in and then turns around and sells them after detailing the car, this place is not for me.
