Well, it was not necessarily the dealer but the Carfax report! I bought my trade in with a clean carfax report in 2017. When I went to trade it in, all of a sudden and shock to me there was a reported accident on my vehicle from 2009. There was no such accident on my report or i would not have bought the vehicle. This unreported but now reported accident has cost me $2000 value for my trade in. Never trust Carfax!!!

Service took WAY longer than it should have! Waited a whole hour before taking my car in when the inspection itself takes just 10 minutes!! Was late to work when I should have had plenty of time. The way Shannon Auto Sales works continues to be unimpressive.

The dealer sent me a text stating that the car had been sold. Then three weeks later, emailed that the car was available. Very mixed up dealership. I notified them that I had already purchased a vehicle.
