No hassle use of loaner while transmission was replaced. Very convenient. CVT suspected of causing growling noise at 1300 rpms was replaced under newly extended warranty. Lessened the noise but still notice something. Oh well, can't complain with a free new transmission!

The service was fabulous! They did the service and took care of a recall issue in less than an hour! They were kind enough to drive me to a shopping area while the car was being worked on and I was delighted to find my car washed and vacuumed when they drove it up to me! Everyone that I dealt with were kind and respectful. I couldnt be more pleased!

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. During their inspection, I was told I needed a new battery; even though I had had no problems in the past. Because of the mileage, I decided to get this done. They also found out that my tires were starting to go; even though I just had them replaced in April 2022. My original tires lasted to 87K miles; so I questioned this. I was originally told it was because I did not have a tire rotation on my last visit. This information was suspicious; I always rotated my tires at every other visit with ALL my Subarus; and never experienced this problem in the past. Then I was told that the technician I used for the new tires must not have adjusted them properly; but my tires were both purchased and adjusted by the DEALER! As a result, the technician told me they did not rotate my tires in order to give the front ones time to catch up to the back. If the tire wear was supposedly caused by not rotating them; why was this not done during this visit? A few days later I received a call from the service manager; who now wants to look at my tires. That is probably because I put in a not so stellar review. I told him that after this incident I am considering changing where I get my car serviced.

Secor has a texting system where they tell you the problem with your car and they want you to respond as to whether or not to fix it. When you call, the liaison does not know what is going on and it is impossible to talk to the tech who is working on your car. We were not informed that our car was still waiting for a part (that we had already paid for) when we were told it was ready to be picked up - they assumed we would return the following week, despite telling them we had moved ~2 hours away. Overall, the communication was not clear and we did not get our questions answered. We did not complete the suggested repairs and went to find a second opinion.
