I returned to dealer seventeen days later to have several items installed that did not come with the car. Full front and rear floor mats, sport type brake and gas pedal covers, cargo net and front and rear wheel splash guards. They said items were delayed with car delivery and back ordered.

Best service ever. They schedule me quickly, are always ready when I come in, don't add on anything I don't need, are professional and friendly. At this visit they were able to diagnose my problem quickly and do the job quickly-one of my tire monitors was not working and I needed a new battery. I opted not to have the monitor repaired and they installed the battery quickly.

As you can see my 2017 Trax only has 39557 miles on it, and it cost me just short of $1,800.00 for this service for a Vehicle that averages 5,651 miles a year, that's nuts. Everything comes through at once for service.

Everyone is so pleasant, accommodating and efficient. They were ready for me when I came in. We went over what I needed/wanted done. The waiting area (as well as the whole facility) is clean and inviting. There were comfortable chairs to wait in and a TV. Also coffee.

Great! Apparently, the previous wipers installed were the wrong ones because of catalog listing error. one of the mechanics spotted it right away just by looking at how the wipers were working as soon as I pulled. They replaced them, gladly!!! Thanks, Grear service!

Dealer called my promptly and I set a day and time to see the van ! The next I sent a question to the salesman and he did what I asked and answered my questions! Then told me the van was sold !! I am very unhappy about that I desperately needed that van in that color (Black) for my funeral business! Poor on the dealership part!

Fairly good place, not great. I made appointment online and requested a loaner. Once I got there I was told that no loaner was put aside. That part of their website doesn't work what??]. It never did work. If I want a loaner I have to call. THEN WHY HAVE IT ON THE WEBSITE? WHY NOT JUST TELL US TO CALL IF WE WANT A LOANER? WHY HAVEN'T EITHER FIXED IT OR CHANGED IT BY NOW.

Made an Appointment was asked if we wanted to wait, said no but thought we would get the car back that day. We didn't. It appeared from the conversations they didn't know how to repair the vehicle. One service rep was very nice, was was extremely abrupt.The vehicle was finally repaired the following day. The Dealership is about 15 miles from our house. This was under the Warranty period.I find Dealerships in General are trending towards not being so nice any more.After the Warranty I will take the vehicle to Firestone or a local Knowledgeable Mechanic.
