I took them 5 days including the weekend to get my truck back to me with service done.
However my service manger Bob is good. They need more workers and space they have 2 locations but it's always an issue when it's time for service!!!
NOT GOOD AT ALL.

Friendly people, great service but i was there for 3 hours (with an appointment) and i wasn't the only one. Some people even rescheduled their appointment and left. So bring your food and drink.

My car was towed in because it broke down. When I let them know the issue via voice-mail Bob was quick to respond. The part wasn't available on site. Once they got the part Bob contacted with the status. I picked my vehicle up 2 days later and was very excited to see that they washed it. I ask for Bob Jenkins when I need service for my vehicle.

I wasnt pleased with the price of synthetic oil for my Chevy Malibu. They had a Tv screen in the lobby advertising for 59.95 is which I normally pay for a oil change. I spoke with the Manger Mark and I told him I should be honored the price which was advertised. He refused to do so.

Well, lets seeI made an appointment for the sheer fact that I dont want to wait and I STILL waited more than 15 minutes to get greeted not even checked in!!! I then personally had to seek out the service director because someone behind me got serviced before I did!! Lets say theres a great possibility I will NOT be servicing my vehicle here ever again and I own TWO GMCs!!!

Overall great service! I did bring up some minor concerns in regards to my push start and remote start not working if not super close to the vehicle. I had switch batteries on it recently but still having the same issues. I'm not sure if he forgot to mention or if it wasn't looked at at all. It was minor, no big deal but would've liked it to at least be looked at. Again really pleased overall and will be back for sure.

Went well, a little unorganized checking in even though I had made an appt on line. about an hour & 30 minute wait. Little expensive, $253 for oil change, tire rotation, cabin filter & and front wiper blades. Also, they forgot to deduct my $20 GMC oil change voucher from GMC my bill. Oh well.........

The service was a normal oil change/tire rotation. I had an 8:30 appointment scheduled, got there before that time and still had to wait 2 hours. I know we can get a ride back home but I'm thinking "just an oil change and scheduled appointment how long can that take?. Oh well ... I'm still happy with my service adviser as he kept me in the loop on when my car would be ready.

Arrived 20 minutes before the scheduled time and my vehicle was taken in immediately. Complete 15,000 mile service. Done in a reasonable amount of time. Vehicle was washed inside and out. Clean as a whistle. Excellent service at this dealership. Very satisfied. Will return to buy a car or for additional vehicle service.
