Great job by this dealership! I have one closer to home, but they usually cannot accommodate my schedule without multiple weeks notice. Sawyer Lyons was able to get me in for service quickly based upon my availability. I was in and out quickly on the service, and they ordered the parts necessary for two minor repairs. All in all, a great experience!

After an unfortunate breakdown, my car was quickly repaired under warranty. (I'm sorry to say GM's Roadside Assistance was totally useless. They never showed up, even after they texted me that THEY WERE WITH MY VEHICLE! I had to accept a Police tow as I was 3/4 into the travel lane and they wanted the road cleared.)

I had like the ambience of the area but on entdraining the vehicle was not what there displayed vehicle had a lot of damages and I figure being as a GMC dealer there should not been selling Porsche if they don't know anything about the vehicle.

Service was excellent. As usual, they encouraged me to perform service I didn't need (according to the manual service schedule). This is mildly annoying. But I still go there and pay a slightly higher price for oil changes because of the quality of the service.

Excellent service. Almost closing time but I came in, as something I picked up on the road was attached and stuck underneath my car. No problem, they took car, put on lift and took care of problem with a smile and never complaining that it was closing time. Would definitely recommend working with them.

In Jan 2023 I purchased a new battery from Sawyer Lyons. In March 2024 the same battery failed a test and had to be replaced. I was charged $87.50 + tax for the labor to replace the battery that was covered under warranty. I will not do any more business with Sawyer Lyons and will also not recommend them to anybody.

This dealer was not close to us ( just over 1 hr away) we had looked as several trucks but all in worse shape than they tell you, NOT with Salerno, my salesman was honest , 1st of all the truck was in great shape for 10 years old, the dealer put new tires, brakes and battery in the truck to make it show ready, they even let me take it home overnight and take it to my mechanic. Lots more to this story but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!
