Dealing with the service department was a breath of fresh air. The staff and service Couldn't have been better, polite and truthful every step of the way. Best of all I didn't even buy my truck from them and still treated me as if I did, that says a lot.

Great job by this dealership! I have one closer to home, but they usually cannot accommodate my schedule without multiple weeks notice. Sawyer Lyons was able to get me in for service quickly based upon my availability. I was in and out quickly on the service, and they ordered the parts necessary for two minor repairs. All in all, a great experience!

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. On my last service at a more local GM dealership, I did not have a good experience. Thank you to eveyone at Sawyer Lyons!

Great service as always. Samantha took great care of me friendly and professional and had my truck serviced quickly.

Megan V was super helpful and made the whole thing easy. My 'car guy' friend found the car for me, and it's been just as advertised.

I do like this dealership, although I haven't heard back if my financing went through or not. I am willing to do what I needed to purchase this vehicle but haven't heard anything more they may need from me yet.

Every little thing was taken care of professionally and courteous service as usual. I would always recommend this Shop.

After an unfortunate breakdown, my car was quickly repaired under warranty. (I'm sorry to say GM's Roadside Assistance was totally useless. They never showed up, even after they texted me that THEY WERE WITH MY VEHICLE! I had to accept a Police tow as I was 3/4 into the travel lane and they wanted the road cleared.)
by 2015 GMC TERRAIN SLE Owner on 09/22/2024Verified Service
Service was excellent. As usual, they encouraged me to perform service I didn't need (according to the manual service schedule). This is mildly annoying. But I still go there and pay a slightly higher price for oil changes because of the quality of the service.
by 2019 BUICK LACROSSE ESSENCE Owner on 04/12/2024Verified Service
Excellent service. Almost closing time but I came in, as something I picked up on the road was attached and stuck underneath my car. No problem, they took car, put on lift and took care of problem with a smile and never complaining that it was closing time. Would definitely recommend working with them.

In Jan 2023 I purchased a new battery from Sawyer Lyons. In March 2024 the same battery failed a test and had to be replaced. I was charged $87.50 + tax for the labor to replace the battery that was covered under warranty. I will not do any more business with Sawyer Lyons and will also not recommend them to anybody.

ALL OF THESE DEALERS DO THE SAME THING - THEY SEND A CANNED STATEMENT AND DO NOT REFERENCE THE EXACT CAR (LIKE WITH A LINK - DUHH) - SO YOU ARE GUESSING WHAT CAR ARE THEY TALKING ABOUT (WHILE I'M LOOKING AT SEVERAL)? AND NEVER ANSWER THE SPECIFIC QUESTIONS I RAISE IN THE MESSAGE LIKE WHERE'S THE CARFAX OR WINDOW STICKER ? PLUS THEY HAVE 2-3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE EMAIL ME TO MAKE IT MORE CONFUSING - USELESS!!!

very courtous and helped a great deal but car rides the same old loud noises and banging but they tried there best t solve problem the problem is if you drive on smooth road its not to bad but on a real straight bumpy road its terrible thank you very much CHRIS

Very Professional. They were expecting me. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment , but they took my vehicle immediately. Service was performed quickly, the waiting area was clean and pleasant. The service tech was courteous. A very pleasant experience.

I was contacted immediately by James when I responded to the Carfax notice for the car I wound up buying. He greeted us at the door and immediately made us feel comfortable by providing information without any sales pressure. James made the process simple and guided us quickly and with humor through what is often a difficult decision. He made it easy!
by 2021 GMC YUKON SLT Owner on 03/15/2021Verified Service
Very professional and attentive service rep. Unfortunately, the service department was not able to complete all repairs, despite me waiting for a few hours. As a result, I will now have to go back to the dealer at a later date to complete the repairs. So, the vehicle is not working properly now and going back to the dealer is a significant inconvenience.

This dealer was not close to us ( just over 1 hr away) we had looked as several trucks but all in worse shape than they tell you, NOT with Salerno, my salesman was honest , 1st of all the truck was in great shape for 10 years old, the dealer put new tires, brakes and battery in the truck to make it show ready, they even let me take it home overnight and take it to my mechanic. Lots more to this story but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

Always accommodating, courteous and fair with pricing.
by Benjamin P. on 08/05/2026Verified Service
Had an oil change done and apparently the mechanic spilled a good amount of oil in the process. Upon heading out for a long trip to North Carolina 2 days later, we had to pull over due to excessive amounts of smoke coming from the engine compartment. After spending several hours in Virginia waiting to have the issue diagnosed properly, we were told there was a good amount of oil spilled and they had to check it properly to make sure it wasn't actually an oil leak. So, both time and money wasted!
