Took my car in for an oil change when I reached recommended mileage. Was told my oil plug was not a ToyotA plug. They said they had not touched it. Previous oil change was done in a different Toyota dealership, they did not mention it. Toyota of Savannah gave me an outrageous estimate to fix the oil plug, and said they did nothing. Now l have a oil leak which I didn't have when I took it in.

It was a great experience because I was given a detail listing of work done and needs to be done and prices. The service manager was very professional, knowledgeable and curtesy in her delivery of explaining about all services. However Savannah Toyota needs to bring back the car detailing and the pop corn offering at least.

The service was pretty quick, but I lost my back right hubcap within a couple of days of the service. The service was an oil change and tire rotation. It makes me wonder if the hubcap was not put back on correctly or completely.
Of all the cars I've ever owned I've never lost one.

They did all the requires services very well and efficiently, the only problem is when I turn on the Heat/AC FAN it makes a noise like a leaf is caught in the blade, this wasn't a problem before the service! I will take it back in the next few days if it does not resolve itself!

They didn't really listen to me when I described my vehicle symptoms so my car was not repaired and I have to go back again, plus they charged me $100 for a service it turned out was not the problem and I didn't need. But they were on time, the waiting room is very good and when I came back to demonstrate the problem they were quick to take action, but I have to drive back again, a 45 minute drive, one way.

Car service was very good, but the communication for the length of time the service would take was done well and not enough checking in. It took 4x as long as it said it would and no one told me until I asked. I would have had someone pick me up bring me back had I known it would take so long. The car is working great, but the customer service needs improvement

Went in for oil change and tires r/b. They charged me 80 for the balance (12 for rotate). I bought these tires from them a year ago. I then drove on the parkway where I noticed my vehicle pulled very badly to the left. I had absolutely no issues with this prior to having the oil change at Savannah Toyota. I don't trust them any longer. The service person who initiated the service was not a pleasant person and was rude.
