I have had my truck i several times for an issue with the radio. they have changed module and done updates. The problem still exists. This does not reflect on the service tech he can only go by what he is being told. I have even called Ford customer complaints and was told that someone would call me back about this. Didn't happen.

They made me wait about 10 days to drop off the car and told me it would take a minimum of 3 days to diagnose the problem. As a result, I had to purchase an airline ticket to visit my family in Atlanta for Thanksgiving because I was afraid to drive the car.
