battery would no longer start the vehicle. service department scheduled me for the next morning at 8 am, and new battery installed by 9:30 am. Updated all of the electronics. Very happy with the rapid response to my problem and the quality of the service.

Communication from the dealership ended once a physical assessment of the car was completed. Apparently they were aware of the flaws that existed but were not willing to discuss any remedy or price adjustments accordingly...several messages went unanswered so we moved on....very disappointed in this conduct by a premier automobile dealer group.
