Excellent service! I am very pleased and the gentleman was very nice and a gentleman and answered all my questions. Also there was a black man who greeted me at my truck when I drove up and escort me to where I needed to go. And as I was waiting in the customer lounge he gave me a ticket for my truck while in the shop. He was very polite.

Wyatt was my service advisor. He went out of his way to keep me informed about the recall work on my Ram. He also took the time to look up my other CDJR vehicles to check for recalls - I experienced only friendly and knowledgeable people in the service department.

I made an appointment for the ABS recall on my 2021 Ram Rebel. I was able to get the time slot I needed and they had me in and out in even less time than they estimated. It was very important to me to have the work done in time because I had another critical appointment to attend later that morning.

It took 2 hours for an oil change despite scheduling an appointment. I confirmed with the guy who checked me in that they would top off the air in the tires, he assured me they would and confirmed that they had done so but they didn't, tire pressure is the same as it was before and I have driven around enough for it to "reset" like he said it needed to. I will never go back or recommend.
