This service was in response to a recall for a defect with the turn signal system, I received the notification then a subsequent appointment for the repair, I dropped my vehicle off at the dealership and less than a hour later was notified my vehicle was ready. This was pain free experience and a example of a well run service department.

The worst service I have ever had in a car dealership. They ignore you they don't get back to you like they say they're gonna do I have never heard back from them from the last time I was in there go someplace else do not go to this place they will let you down and jerk you around.

They get you in there and tell you someone else is coming in, meanwhile they just sit around, goofing off, didnt offer any coffee, went to get a hot chocolate, no water, really. So really walk around the auto, really good?! They just went in to there office, pretending they were doing something, till it was time to sign!!
