First phone call the salesman of 20 years did not give a positive vibe. Emailed the next time through the website, the response was very slow. Ended up purchasing somewhere else.

Complete nightmare after purchasing this truck new from SLVBuickGMC. Last truck was even worse experience at SLVDodge. Service is not there strong point nor do they care if your a happy as a customer. They sit and wait for GM to tell them what to do instead of going to bat for the customer and getting the issue resolved before it turns into a GM buyback situation.

Had low voltage codes that would affect my power steering. Their expert "specialist" said it's because I have over sized tires (not even big enough to require a lift) and a grill guard that makes my truck hard to steer. $200 to tell me that. And another $200 to do an update on my power steering, which did nothing. Upon my own inspection, I found that the negative wire on my battery couldn't clamp tight enough on the battery post. New cable, problem solved.

They were supposed to deduct the cost of the diagnostic fee if I had them do the break job, but they didnt. It was only after I complained that they said that they would reduce the bill by $100. However, they increased the bill by $100 instead!!!!
