We did most everything over text and email that way when we arrived at the dealer we were in and out. Overall it was one of the easiest experiences we've ever had, and we've bought a lot of cars lol. All the salesman are great, especially Bill, not pushy and very helpful. We definitely recommend!

They were very helpful. The service dept. changed my oil and rotated my tires. The collision center was great they gave me an estimate of cost and when my car should be done. It looks brand new and got it ready a few days early. I will be taking my car there for all services.

I really don't know what I would have done. They we're so helpful for me they said I needed a new motor for my kia soul. They put a new motor in and just charged me for the belt and hoses , I just cried cause I knew I didn't have money for a new motor They were quick on fixing it and getting it back to me. If I ever need to buy another car kia of morristown is where I'm going
