Theyre awful they do terrible job fixing the cars they just bandaid the problems , they tried selling me a 2005 civic telling me its amazin, trying to sell it to me and that car had an oil leak so I didnt go back and I had a 200$ deposite , but they dont do returns

After contacting the dealer ship I asked questions about the car before making a trip from Connecticut to NJ. I asked if the air conditioning was working, they said yes. I asked if it had been in a accident, they said no. I hired a mechanic to go look at the car. It had been in a accident and the air conditioning was inoperable. Very disappointed. Just glad we didnt make a wasted long trip.

Purely a " bait and switch" operation. Phoned and said I was interested in a Saturn Vue they had on their website. I said I would be there the afternoon of the following day, and that I was coming from 200 miles and three states away. They said the vehicle would be ready. Day of we were delayed by traffic. At 1 PM I called to let them know we would be an hour or so late. They said they would wait, but only until 2 PM as they had to leave for an upstate party. When we were 40 miles away, we called and were told they had sold the vehicle in the morning! Terrible way to do business!
