Nice to have Saturday hours and they were able to take me. Absolutely hate the fact that they wanted to charge me to use a credit card. With repair charges what they are, this is really an insult. Was able to use debit card, but would rather not. May not return because of this.

The 22k service was fine. However the computer on my 2024 Chevy Trax keeps rebooting, I assume, involuntarily. Their response was to look for a record of the shutdown and found none. It's not clear to me that there would be a record of such.

Service was fine. They got my truck in, kept me informed and fixed the problem. One thing that really annoys me is they charge a fee when paying by credit card. As if the average person can walk in with $1200 cash to pay a bill... this is the first non restaurant business I've experienced that is doing this...

Brought my car in on 12/26 for a 12/27 appt. I told them that I needed it back by 12/30. I was told on 12/30 that they were still working on it. I said that I needed it back because it was scheduled to be inspected. I waited in the waiting room for over 2 hours, while the techs stayed late, to fix it. I appreciated their tenacity but, after having the car for 5 days, I am shocked that it took so long to do the repairs.

I have never had a bad experience at Romeo's. They are mostly spot on with the time they say my vehicle will be done. If they find the vehicle needs something else they discuss it with me first. They listen to me and have never pressured me about anything.

I was told when I bought the car that it was still under warranty but apparently I was misinformed. It was not and I had to pay for the check engine repair. Also, I was told it was my phone that wasnt working right and not the system. 2 days later, it froze again and I took it right back there to show them. I had to schedule another appointment for repair.

The service was excellent if it was quicker. I was scheduled to drop the car off at 8AM for them to get to it during the day. I waited 35 Minutes to drop it off and then to pick it up after it was done I waited 40 minutes to pick it up. I found that absurd, but they did go above what I expected without added costs.

Check Engine was mis-diagnosed as a bad Mass Airflow Sensor and replaced it; trouble re-occurred three weeks later with same codes; took it to another Chevy dealer who correctly diagnosed the problem as a vacuum leak (bad PCV hose). No trouble since.
