Everything went very smooth and I love my car. The assistant manager was great. I told him a couple of things I wanted looked at and they fixed them right away Wonderful experience

I wasn't very happy with customer service. At first they were quick to get a hold of me but they stopped when it seemed my credit wasn't perfect. When I would call for info they would not return my phone calls or not answer my texts.

They did get back to me but the car was no longer available. ( checked after and the car was still being advertised)
by Hazel D. on 07/04/2018Verified Shopper
I received a call back right away. And although the car I wanted had been sold, they made several other similar suggestions without being pushy. I found the car I wanted elsewhere, but these people were very nice.

This is the 2d vehicle we bought from Rome Preowned and our experience was exceptional both times. Ben, Aireal, Rhiannon, and Anthony are exceptional in covering the customers' needs and wants. There is no pressure. Instead, they listen and assist in the vehicle your looking for based on what we were looking for. The selection is for everyone and abundant. From luxury to economy there is something there for you. In close, my wife found the car of her dreams and we are grateful Rome Preowned was our choice, and there to help us!
